What size bottles do you supply?
We can supply either 500ml flat cap or sipper cap or 750ml sipper cap.
What is the quality of the water?
All our bottled water is pure New Zealand natural spring water bottled at its natural source. It is of the highest quality and tastes great!Can we return any unsold bottles?
As the product is specifically labeled for your group, we are unable to accept returns. Any excess bottles can still be sold after the initial campaign. We will work with you to ensure that your expectations on volume are reasonable and work out a strategy on how you might deal with surplus stock should the situation arise. We can also stagger the delivery of your bottled water so you can quickly order more should you require more, this means you can under estimate your volume and get more quickly during your campaign should you require.
How far in advance do we need to order?
3 weeks is our standard lead time. Once the campaign is set up and you have received your first delivery, we can deliver you extra cases of bottled water at shorter notice, usually 3-4 days.How do we go about placing an order?

Who designs the label for the bottle?
Its a great idea to hold a 'label design competition' prior to you fundraising campaign. This allows your groups budding designers a opportunity to have their artwork on the bottles that you sell. This is great for not only raising awareness of the campaign but it creates a sense of ownership an involvement within the group.
If you don't wish to hold a label design competition then we can design the label for you for a modest charge of around $65..
How many colours can we have on the label?
We allow up to 4 colours on your labels which means your label will be produced in full colour. You can even have photos if you wish!How much do we make from each bottle?
Profit can be around $1 per bottle if set up correctly. There is also the opportunity to sell advertising space to local businesses on the bottles to raise the profits even more.
Where do we sell the water?
It is likely that group members families will purchase a case of water themselves. There are many other places in the community that would also be likely to purchase bottled natural spring water from you or sell it on your behalf. Some examples are: Gyms, cafes, sports clubs, dairy's, service stations, banks, etc.
