Where is Aquaplus bottled water sourced from?
All Aquaplus water is sourced from natural springs in New Zealand and is of the highest quality.
It is bottled using modern and hygenically approved bottling equipment by professional operators.
The water is micro filtered and ozonated to ensure the highest quality in food and beverage standards.
What bottles do you supply?

We are proud to announce the relase of the Aquaplus EcoBottle which is made from plants, not oil. This is a more ecologically sustainable product that we have made available to our customers.
Do we use clear or white label material?
Both options are available. For quantities under 3,000 bottles, it is is most cost effective to go with a white background label which can be printed in full colour.Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 cases (240 bottles) for casual (one off) orders.
We can supply smaller quantities for ongoing account/contract clients. Please call for details.
Who designs the labels?
Our in-house design team can design a label for your custom water bottles by using your existing design material, or you can supply the artwork to our specifications. Our design rates are very reasonable at $85/hr. Most labels can be set up to our customers satisfaction in an hour.
What is the turn-around time?
This will vary depending on the size of your order. Actual dates can be determined at the time an order is placed. Receiving your order within 5-10 working days is not uncommon but cant be guaranteed until more information about your exact requirements is obtained.
What are the payment terms?
For non account holders, payment is required at time of confirming your order.
We can set up monthly credit accounts if required.
Do you supply bottled water for fundraising groups?

Are there any requirements to be included on the bottle design?
Yes, our product spec sheets contain this information.

How do we send the bottles
Bottles are packaged in cardboard cases ( 24 per case)
We generally send most of our orders through Peter Baker Transport or by courier depending on quantity.
We often send your product to you wrapped on wooden pallets to maximise the chances that it will arrive in good condition.
What is the shelf life of bottled water?
Officially 3 years, but we prefer to say 12-18 months as this is dependant on the conditions the water is stored.
Do you export to other countries?
We do not export ourselves but are capable of medium and large quantity supply for exporters. Our export agent is ready for your enquiry.
Can we supply glass bottles?
Yes we can. Min order quantity on glass is 10,000 bottles
Can we supply sparkling water?
Yes we can. Min order quantity for sparkling is 5,000 bottles
Do we offer different cap colours?
Yes, our standard flat caps come in black or white but we can supply red, blue, and dark green colours on request. Please contact us. The sports sipper cap comes in blue base with white sipper. Different colour sippers are available but only in larger quantity.
